History:
The National Groups enjoy a 25-year history of delivering innovation and results in the Real Estate and REO special servicing industries.
Beginning in 1984, Wayne Arute has developed an experienced and respected group of companies dedicated to the effective delivery of asset management services to institutional investors and private companies. Mr. Arute initiated this development with the founding of Arute and Associates, a full service appraisal firm. He followed in 1986 with the formation of Prestige Properties Residential Real Estate.
Along with traditional real estate brokerage operations, Prestige Properties provides specialized REO brokerage and asset disposition services and to this day remains one of the most successful REO brokerage firms in the United States specializing in the marketing, management, and disposition of institutional and private investor owned real estate. Mr. Arute currently acts as a consultant for the firm and provides strategic direction and innovation to its overall business execution.
In 2003 Mr. Arute anticipated the need for regional REO outsourcing firms in hot bed markets throughout the country and successfully leveraged the firm’s real estate experience to establish National Default Servicing, LLC. His vision was to create an all encompassing Special Servicing company capable of delivering the full array of products offered by competing Fortune 500 companies, while establishing differentiating factors like agility and nimbleness with the higher quality results and adaptability that only smaller well run companies with a single mission are capable of delivering. Mr. Arute’s “Service Without Boundaries®” philosophy delivers a boutique approach tailored to every client’s specific needs, thereby creating an environment that consistently exceeds each client’s individual expectations.
As part of the comprehensive special servicing solution Mr. Arute also formed National Valuation Services, LLC, a full service valuation firm that provides AVM’s, Broker Price Opinions and appraisals and National Collection & Loss Mitigation Services, LLC, a full service, loss mitigation and collections firm licensed, bonded, and insured in all 50 states. Both of these companies were founded in 2007, and most recently, in 2008, Mr. Arute founded a licensed and regulated closing and escrow organization - National Closing, Escrow & Title Services, Inc. to add to the operation’s family of special servicing offerings.
Always striving to deliver on the firm's “Service Without Boundaries®” pledge, Mr. Arute has now brought the collection of the various companies together to form The National Groups, LLC. This consolidation under The National Groups' umbrella will further improve the delivery of a seamless integration of special servicing products and solutions and will ensure that our clients receive unmatched service while creating an environment where employees are partners and ownership driven empowerment are the key results generating components of The National Groups' philosophy.
