The National Groups, LLC (TNG)

The National Groups is proud of its sustained, 28-year history of delivering innovation and results in the mortgage banking, Real Estate, REO and special servicing industries.

Beginning in 1984, the organization assembled an experienced and respected group of companies and a management team dedicated to the effective delivery of asset management services to mega servicers, GSE's, hedge funds, credit unions, institutional investors and private companies.

The National Groups business model and structure is to create an all-encompassing special servicing organization capable of delivering the full array of products offered by much larger competing Fortune 500 companies. TNG achieves this by establishing client specific differentiating factors like: agility, nimbleness, higher quality performance results, QC, Compliance and adaptability to changing industry needs that typically only smaller well run companies with a single mission are capable of delivering.

As part of the comprehensive special servicing solution TNG is comprised of the following five independently owned and bundled companies:

1. National Collections & Loss Mitigation Services LLC (NCLMS)

NCLMS is a licensed, insured and bonded debt collector in all 50 states. NCLMS is well established as a leading provider of default fulfillment, home retention and loss mitigation solutions including short sale, deed in lieu, deed for lease, and component servicing. These solutions are all designed to reduce foreclosure costs, provide borrowers with multiple foreclosure prevention alternatives and reduce the client's timeline for default resolution. NCLMS uses a patented single point of contact (SPOC) service delivery model capturing the highest value for our Customers in both residential and commercial loan portfolios.

2. National Default Servicing, LLC (NDS)

NDS is a licensed REO asset management company nationally recognized as a leader in the industry. NDS provides the industries most unique and cutting edge services in the marketing, management and disposition of residential and commercial real estate for GSE's, Mega Servicers, Hedge funds, credit unions and private investors. Truly our flagship business, NDS is the cornerstone upon which The National Groups was founded.

3. National Valuation Services, LLC (NVS)

NVS is a full service valuation firm that provides AVM's, Broker Price Opinions and appraisal products by combining cutting edge technology with a renowned staff of subject matter experts. NVS is committed to personalized, individual service with a singular goal: to provide true and accurate values within the client requested time frame. National Valuation Services proudly and consistently meets this goal.

4. National Closing, Escrow & Title Services, Inc. (NCETS)

NCETS is a nationally licensed closing company approved to underwrite title and close in all 50 states throughout the US. NCETS specializes in REO, Short Sale and managing expectations around stringent timelines (time is of the essence; closings are the norm for NCETS). Possessing 43+ years of experience in the Real Estate Closing Escrow Industry, which includes REO (Residential & Commercial), Short Sales, Refinances & Resale transactions NCETS is truly a proven leader in the industry.

5. Integrated Servicing Information Solutions, LLC (ISIS)

A stand-alone technology and software development division with over eight years of legacy performance data, ISIS provides The National Groups with the competitive edge across all of its business units through propitiatory software development, robust data collection, reporting and analytics.

Nationally recognized as a leader in the default servicing technology industry ISIS prides itself on being innovative, nimble and performance driven. Recently chosen by McKinsey & Company to develop and launch a short sale operation for a Mega Servicers platform.
