Wayne Arute, President and Founder
As President of The National Groups, Mr. Arute is responsible for the overall performance of all client business. His career in the industry began in 1984 when he formed Arute & Associates, a full service real estate appraisal firm. In 1986, he founded Prestige Properties Residential Real Estate. From 1987 to 2004 he developed Prestige Properties Asset Management into one of the most successful REO brokerage firms in the Northeast specializing in the marketing, management and disposition of bank and institutionally owned real estate.
